The low price needs a 12-month commitment
Every advertised figure is the annual rate. Pay monthly instead and each tier costs $20-37 more per month - $240 to $444 more per year.
The branded app carries a setup fee
Even on Premium, Pike13's branded iOS/Android app has a one-time setup fee on top of the subscription. Add it to a lower tier and you pay that fee plus an add-on rate.
Franchise networks pay per location
Locations under one owner and merchant account share a flat rate. Separately-owned franchise locations carry additional per-location charges, quoted by sales.
Reporting and API access are gated
Custom reporting and API access only ship standard on Premium ($249-286/mo) - lower tiers get the basic dashboard.
